Getting the problem right before anyone talks about solutions.
I surface what users need, translate it into product decisions, and ship things that work, lately by building the software myself with AI systems.
The short version
I've spent three years doing product management work at Zeitview, a renewable-energy B2B SaaS company serving Fortune 500 wind operators. That means 20+ enterprise user interviews that directly shaped UI decisions, feature prioritization, and roadmap sequencing; two first-of-their-kind inspection products taken from initial client conversation to final deliverable; a platform unification project where my customer research helped determine which wind products made the core release; and a customer listening program I still run today.
In 2024, Zeitview's SVP of Product, SVP of UX, two Directors of Product, and two PMs formally endorsed my move onto the product team.
The AI-native part
Alongside the day job I spec, build, and run production AI tools. An upload validator catches vendor dataset errors before they reach customer success, saving up to ten hours per project. A purchase-order automation agent runs daily in production and reclaims more than ten hours of my week. Each build is shipped, in use, and written up in Recent builds.
The method is consistent: get the problem right, spec it in Claude, build it with Claude Code, put it in front of real use fast, and iterate on what the first week teaches.

Regulatory compliance for a national fuel retailer across 105 fueling stations, then production operations in Hawaiʻi aquaculture.

Led SaaS deployments across five international markets under varied regulatory and operational constraints.

Earned the Project Management Professional certification.
- 2023 to 2024 · UC Berkeley
Completed the UX research program while meeting regularly with Zeitview product leadership to train toward the role.

Formal endorsement onto the product team by product and UX leadership.
- 2025 · PSPO I & PSM I
Added Scrum product owner and Scrum master certifications; began shipping production AI tooling, including a purchase-order automation agent.
